By downloading, installing, or using PixelCut Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
PixelCut Pro provides AI-powered background removal and photo editing tools. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
2. Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan: Includes limited daily background removals (3 per day), 5 basic templates, standard resolution export (720p), and watermarked output. Free users will see banner and interstitial advertisements.
Premium Plan: Available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($59.99/year) subscription. Includes unlimited removals, all 39 premium templates, HD/4K export (up to 4096px), no watermark, and ad-free experience.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Settings > Payments & Subscriptions
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods
4. Cloud Processing & Data
The App uses cloud-based AI services (remove.bg and Photoroom) to process your photos for background removal. By using the background removal feature, you consent to your photos being transmitted to these services for processing. Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by these services. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, branding, and AI technology integrations, is the property of RuiCodex. You retain full ownership of any photos you edit using the App. The processed output images are yours to use without restriction.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
- Use the App to process content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any usage restrictions or premium features
- Use automated tools to interact with the App's services
7. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the background removal will be perfect for every image. Results may vary depending on image complexity, resolution, and subject matter.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuiCodex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of cloud processing services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party AI services may experience downtime or rate limiting. The App includes automatic failover between multiple AI providers to minimize service disruptions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications or app updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
